Stupid brain!

For the most part I feel excellent... happy with my size, happy with the way my body is recompositioning itself, etc. But some days... jeez... I feel like I'm huge! It's ridiculous. I can see how people develop disorders. I weigh anywhere between 115 to 120 at 5'5" and am in a size zero and yet I look in the mirror sometimes and think "omg I'm so huge!" I know it's all in my mind. This isn't all the time, just some days. Also I sometimes look at someone else and think "I want to be a thin/fit as that person". Meanwhile, they weigh more than me!!! I guess what is real and what is perceived are two different things. My body transitioned a long time ago... when is my stupid brain going to catch up?!?!?!?!? People tell me I am a lot thinner than I think I am, but I don't believe them. I always strive for less weight and more muscle. I guess I am happy but not satisfied! :#:*:D

Just today I was picking out a new pair of Nikes and got into a conversation with a woman. I loved the sneakers but when I looked down I felt like my feet were huge like clown feet. So I asked her if the shoes made my feet look big. She laughed out loud at me and said "Oh honey that's so funny because you have the smallest feet I've ever seen!" ugh

You have some self image issues there. By the sound of it you are fine but need to start believing it yourself

Speaking to a professional would probably help.

I understand what you are going through but I don't think you need professional help unless you feel like you are engaging in things that are unhealthy!

I go through the same things and the reality is that most people are never happy with themselves, whether is be body, facial or hair issues, etc., it is always something that they see that others do not.

I think when we lose weight some of us just always have points when we feel big. I hope it will pass but more than likely it will just be replaced by something else that we will focus on.
