What should I eat?

Hey y'all,
I recently gained 6-7 lbs on vacation. I'm always so hungry though. So I've been running/walking around 3 miles a day with 90 minutes of Pilates twice a week. I completely cut out my sugar intake and am slowly weaning off carbs. Thing is I need to lose overall weight. Not gain muscle. I model and the perfect body type is one with an overall thin frame. I have a little muscle but I honestly want to keep it that way. What do I eat !?? Helppppp

The easy answer: Anything that fits within your calorie goal.
The complicated answer: Anything that fits within your calorie and macro goals. I'm eating bacon right now to help meet some of my fat goals .
Honestly, it's all calories in vs. calories out.0 -
Thank you so much!0

Do you mean you cut your added sugar intake? I think cutting out all sugar would be very difficult.0

Now I'm starting to learn how to sub carbs for vegetables and also egg whites and hummus. Soup is another good one (garden vegetable) I'm drinking chamomile tea and peach tea morning and night. Lastly I bought a 3.5 Liter gallon of water that I drink all day. I started subbing fruit for sweets since I completely cut out fruit so it kinda helps. Milk makes me feel full so it's always great to drink some in the morning. No coffee at all. I started buying single packets of protein shakes and lastly chobani 0% plain yogurt mixed in with 2 tbsp of peanut butter is delicious.0 -

Wow I said lastly like 10 times0 -
You don't need to cut carbs.
WEIGHT LOSS comes down to calories. Not macros. Macros determine body composition, and unless you plan on IFBB bikini competing I wouldn't worry about them.
You're probably holding 6-7lbs. of water weight. At Christmas I gained 20lbs of water. The next week it was all gone.
Gaining 6-7lbs. doesn't occur within a week.... that's almost impossible.

Vacation was about 3 weeks. So if weight loss comes down to calories that just means eat whatever until you reach 1300 then stop?0 -

You do realize these things you're eating contain sugar, yes? Milk, yogurt, fruit, peanut butter, protein shakes and yes, vegetables have sugar too!
There is nothing wrong with sugar, but you can't say you "cut sugar out completely".0 -
Maybe you mean snacks that have refined sugars in them? I wouldn't cut anything out because it might mean a short term solution.0
