Well I am here! I am almost done with my first 90 day challenge. 24.75 inches down!! Love all the new people i have met and lifelong friends i have made on my journey:happy: Cant wait to reach that goal!!!!

    itls my first time on mfp, i want to try but i know i'ama quitter, specialy when i get depressed, so if someone can help me i'll be very happy.
    my cw is 236.6 my 1st gaol is 200lb
