5am Work Out

I wake up at 4, eat breakfast, then exercise from 5:15/5:30 to 5:45/6, head to work at 6:30.
I'm doing the workouts on the BodyFit by Amy Youtube channel. They're all about 30 minutes if not less. She's not super flashy, she keeps the pace brisk, and has a variety of different exercise routines to choose from. I really look forward to my workouts now!0
