My name is Malisha. I am a medical mystery to my doctors. At age 38, my body decides to retain water and develop extra adipose tissue throughout my body over night. I have always been a healthy eater and physical fitness nerd/health nut. Now that this has happen, I have accepted my physical limitations but I will continue to eat right and exercise as if I do not have any medical problems. If I stop moving and stop eating, I will die. I am not ready to die just, yet. God's Will, I desire to live at least another 60 years or so. Besides, I still have work to do. So, I am trying this my fitness pal that my dietician told me about to help me keep better tracking of my calories and exercise routine.
