The only way to really know is to get a HRM0

I know! I have the same problem. Some of those games are QUITE the workout!! As mentioned above, a HRM is the only way to know for sure. I need to get one myself.0
-
Two Choices:
1) Get a HRM to know for sure.
2) Log calories under a generic catagory like Dancing etc.0 -
Stupid question I am sure to most of you but what does HRM stand for. I am starting the P90X program and I don't see that on the options so I would like to use whatever it is you are talking about.0

I do Zumba and it's not listed either. I use high impact aerobics because that seemed the closest option. It lists less calories burned that most websites estimate for Zumba though.0 -
You might be able to find something comparable...
For exmple, a lot of the folks use "circuit training general" from the exercise database to track their 30 Day Shred workout because that's essentially what the exercises are (combo of cardio and strength).0 -
I was thinking about this a little more and *maybe* aerobics - general would be the best. The calorie burn is slightly less than circuit training - general. Better to estimate slightly lower than to estimate too high!0
