Help with Macros

Hey guys, would greatly appreciate some help with getting my macros right. I just started learning about macros but I'm still not quite sure if my numbers are correct. I'm 4'11" (I know - extremly short lol) weight is 121 lbs and I recently started the Beast Body program - on third week. I upped calories to 1400 from 1200 and I'm trying to follow 40P 40C 20F does this sound right?
I try to eat clean, but I'm not going to lie, I do have a sweet tooth I struggle with every day to curve. I always counted calories. I would say the last 23yrs. Whenever I felt my weight going too high (highest being 125lbs), I logged and followed 1200 calories, did cardio mostly and less strength training... but I'm stuck at 119-121 and would like to now build muscle and of course lose some more weight, would like to finally see some real transformation. Most of my weight is on my arms, hips, thighs and butt. Just want to lean alittle these areas.. Don't want to be too skinny now, because I feel that now that I'm older, too skinny might make me look much older lol. Mainly want to stay healthy and feel stronger. Any recommendations?
