This is it I've increase about 30lbs since stopping smoking so no more pigging out today I'm going for goal and shift this excess

Thanks Alicia finding it so hard to get going have put on weight since stopping smoking and feel desperately fat an unfit but I am going to conquer this if I can dump a 40 a day habit then this has to be a doddle x0

Well that's me back on track better day eating however weather forbids getting out much but every day is new so I'll take each day as it comes0
