Hi, My name is Alissa. I am a Stay at home mom to 4 BEAUTIFUL kids! I am wanting to get healthy, and really to feel better about myself...I dont like my belly, butt and well the list could go on and on....LOL Look foward to chatting with you and getting some inspiration!!!! :)
