I've had a really good week - running and eating under my calorie goals, enjoying it process... Today, though, I'm so hungry! I'm not craving junk, but I'm just hungrier. I already set my goals to lose 1 lb a week instead of two. I think I'm just hungry from exercising. I think I may benefit from a staggered-calorie plan (like 1200 some days and 1800 some days?) Is there a way to set my MFP app to allow for that?
Any advice or suggestions? I don't want to give up or lose my momentum, but I want to pay attention to my body.

Work with a weekly deficit. If you know you're going to be less hungry on a non-workout day, trying shaving off a hundred calories or so. You can eat them on another day or on the weekend when you want to have more freedom. I did this in a deficit and still do in maintenance. I don't really care about seeing the red when I complete my diary. I'll be 600 calories over my goal today, but still in maintenance as far as the week goes.0

Yes, I think I need to make peace with seeing red numbers!0

Oh - and I'm still 2000 under my weekly goal (week ends today).0
