Well title says a lot.
I'm 26, had spent 6 years in the army as an infantryman, was always in very good shape through and up to then. After I git out I had a falling off the wagon so to speak. Got complacent in my fitness and especially in my diet. Fast forward 3 years I was at 235 lbs, and drained 24/7.
I have a family I have to be here for.
In the last month I've dropped 14 lbs. Shed a lot of bad dietary habits(17 days and counting with 0 soda, not even a drop.). And been getting back to working out.
Anyone wanna join me on my journey? Or had one similar?

My journey is quite different but feel free to add me! I log 'most' days and my diary is open for friends to see x0
