Hi all. I'm Dan, I'm 21 and from the UK.
I am currently at 202lb and I really want to get to around 180-185.
I'm hoping to find people on here to talk with as I don't really have anyone in my social life to talk to about dieting/weight loss issues :(

I do a lot of excercise, and eat fair meals, but I think I really need to read into the food side of things and also cut down on alcohol.

Here is what I do for excercise in the week;

Monday: Circuit Training (1 hour)
Tuesday: Gym
Wednesday: Circuit Training and Boxing (2 hours)
Thursday: Circuit Training
Friday: Gym

To alot of people this may seem like a lot of excercise for a dieter. Because my eating habits are not upto scratch and also because I enjoy getting drunk once or twice a week with friends, I dont lose alot of weight and it HOLDS ME BACK!

I need to stop the drinking and just have 2-4 pints a week (which is low/moderate)
