Although I am not smiling really in either picture, lol, the change has been great! I just wanted to say hand in there. It will happen! I got really serious about my weight loss in January, but all told, I have lost 50 POUNDS!

I hope that this motivates others, and thanks for all the help! Hope the Pictures work!

    MFP helped alot to keep me on track with the food. The most important things that I always stuck to is that some workout is better than no workout, you can't take calories back, and you must invest in yourself everyday.

    Thanks, No problem, I will tell you that the boobs are not REAL, however the reason they look SO different is because I had a radical double mastectomy with reconstruction. So there is no "wall" so to speak to block my chest muscles like in most women and as I lifted my chest became more defined.
