Hi all,

Unfortunately as I am unable to afford to go to the gym I was just wondering are there any really good home workout youtube videos / programs you would advise which are free?

I know there are 100s so I don't want to waste my time on a video which won't help me benefit!

Hope you can help!

Jillian Micheal's 30 day shred is great and it's on YouTube.

Hasfit.com has a lot of different workouts, cardio, strength, endurance,
focused on certain muscle groups or full-body..

You should check out the site and see what suits your goals best.
They have loose videos or a few fitness programs to follow.

On top of that, nutrition plans are also to be found.

Caloric deficit for weight loss and any exercise for your health and to help that deficit. The best one is the one that you enjoy and will do.

"toning" has nothing to do with exercise. To "tone" you need to lose fat so that your muscles appear more defined. Eat in a deficit!

    fitnessblender.com

Find one or two or a few that you like there.

I liked JM 30 day shred or you are your own gym or convict conditioning.

Fitnessblender on YouTube! Then there will be loads of exercise channels popping up on the side if you like the look of them. But personally I use fitness blender :)

I second fitnessblender.com. They have such a variety & for all different fitness levels. And, they're so positive and encouraging, it's much easier to stay motivated.
