Hi guys! I ate 1900 calories while I am supposed to eat 1200. Im sure its because i stayed up really late last night until 3 am and woke up at 6:30 am (my internal clock wakes me up at 6:30 every day no matter what). I really have to lose weight fast. How can I undo this harmful effect quickly but healthily? The fasting diet suggests that I eat 500 calories only all day. What do you think?

Are you talking about the 5:2 diet - where on two non-consecutive days you consume only 500cals for the day? Otherwise if its daily 500cals per day every day, that isn't a fasting diet more a starvation diet.

What harmful effect are you talking about? It is unlikely a once off overeating event will have much impact. Best thing you can do is get back on track immediately...do some exercise, drink some water and eat to your calorie allowance.

Oh and don't make late nights too much of a regular thing if you are going to overeat because of them.
