Friends- Bariatric Surgery/weight loss

Hi, I had Bariatric surgery last year and I am looking for someone who enjoys walking to lose weight. I also am looking for people to just chat with that have had this surgery or trying to lose weight. I am always interested in what others are doing to lose weight.

    Hi I'm Patty and I live in MA I had the sleeve done April 7th and I've been walking a lot, I've gotten up to a little over 5 miles in an hour and a half and recently added 1.5 lb weight gloves while I walk to tone my flabby upper arms. I also do pilates for belly butt and thighs it's great for toning loose skin in those areas.
