New on here. Im from Australia i work as a waitress so eating properly is a bit of challenge. I get most of my exercise from work as im on my feet like 5-8 hours 5-6 days a week. Just need some motivation to stay on track with eating healthy.

    Hey! I have a super hectic schedule also Sunday is my only day off. Let's do this, I've lost 15kg since January
