I must have been born overweight as I was always the pudgy little girl, the rounded young woman and have fought my weight as long as I can remember. As I've aged the fight is winning. My daughter in law first introduced me to MFP but my doctors encouragement took me over the edge. He explained how it wasn't how much I are but what was Eating. he asked me to try MFP. So I am. It helps that he believes I can get off the Meds I am taking if I could loose some weight. I am getting off the diet wagon and look to eat healthy. I love the MFP premium lets me track carbs fats and protein. So here I am. Wish me luck.

Good luck! Education and changing your relationship with food is key. Take it a day at a time and find things you enjoy to do and you'll be successful.0
