    Someone else will have to let us know if such a thing exists, but meanwhile, I just look up the restaurant(s) I want to go to, and check their menus. Some list calorie counts. Some list enough of the ingredients etc. to give me a pretty good idea.

    There's a website I remember seeing a while back ago called Dotti's Weight loss or something that had a huge list of restaurants with nutrition information for lots of their menu items but I don't know if it is updated or not.
