The 3 lbs you lost is water weight.

Given that you only have 20 lbs to lose, a 17 lb loss by July is WAY too aggressive for you.

    Recalculate your goal.

    I weigh 153.3 before I started this now I weigh 150.0.
By July I should weigh 130.3, I useto weigh 135.3 a year ago from doing bad stuff now that I'm not and doing it my way I will look good again.

Not to burst your bubble, but there's no way you're going to lose 17lbs in 27 days unless you do some very unhealthy things.

    Congrats on your initial loss!

Sadly, we don't continue to lose that quickly after the first sudden drop that happens.

Don't give up because of that. Slow and steady wins the race.

If you work out an average of 2lb per week, you will still lose the weight, but it will take a little longer, but you have a very good chance of keeping it off - if you are too strict with yourself and lose more than 2lbs per week- you will end up putting most of it back on - I've been there over the years myself, working it out, thinking, I can cut down on calories, do more exercise and lose 4-5 lbs a week. But it doesn't stay off and you end up feeling bad in yourself, slow and steady and you will get there.
    Good luck to you
