Try drinking green tea (add mint leaves for a cleaner taste) :)

When I'm bloated, I try not drinking... That just seems to add to the pain!

Do you mean food belly bloat, or fluid retention/puffiness?

I drink dandelion tea. It is a natural diuretic. I find that many foods, especially "healthy foods" make me bloat so I also pay special attention to my food journal.

Try and take a natural laxative, i know they are bad for you but as long as you get a natural one it won't hurt. And it will help get rid off excess waste to!! Some peoples bodies hold up to 25pounds of excess waste, disgusting but yeah

A natural laxative can certainly hurt you (depending on the dose you take and the frequency of use). Just because something is "natural" doesn't mean it is safe.

Does your stomach hurt when you eat oatmeal? If not, I wouldn't worry too much. If it's just a little water retention, no biggie. Water retention =/= fat
