I am trying to drink plenty of water also, it's the only thing that I feel it can help0 -
Try drinking green tea (add mint leaves for a cleaner taste)0

When I'm bloated, I try not drinking... That just seems to add to the pain!
Do you mean food belly bloat, or fluid retention/puffiness?0 -
I drink dandelion tea. It is a natural diuretic. I find that many foods, especially "healthy foods" make me bloat so I also pay special attention to my food journal.0

A natural laxative can certainly hurt you (depending on the dose you take and the frequency of use). Just because something is "natural" doesn't mean it is safe.0 -

Does your stomach hurt when you eat oatmeal? If not, I wouldn't worry too much. If it's just a little water retention, no biggie. Water retention =/= fat0
