Binge - eating a lot in a short amount of time

Hey guys! :)
So about 20minutes ago i had a total binge. I would love to know any thoughts out there on what to do right after. Ive heard you should wait for 2-3 hours after the binge to exercise. Also can you burn what you ate or will it just add some pounds? Just to be clear, here is what i ate -
•A bit of strawberry protein shake
•3pieces of pumpernickel bread with peanut butter and honey
•Some crackers with more peanut butter+honey
•5 oat chocolate cookies
•AND 1 a cherry chcocolate cluster
I seriously had soo much peanut butter! Help

    Log it, move on, make better choices at your next meal.

    You can't do anything about it now, but don't make it worse by giving up on the whole day.

    I agree with the others....don't waste the day. Just get back on the horse.

    Log it and move forward. Try to learn from your mistakes and dont beat yourself up over this

    THAT'S your binge? My binge is a whole large pizza from Pizza Hut :lol:
