Looking to lose weight.

Hi my name Memie and I need to lose weight for my health. I have aquired a positive attitude. and am going to apply this to losing weight. I am going to be walking and doing the Boot Camp CD. I was walking 5 miles a day. I am currently walking 1/2 mile in the house. My Goal is to walk 5 miles by getting up 4 or 5 days in the early morn when It is not so hot.:happy: :wink:
