I have not noticed any big changes yet (actually it's hard for me to see any difference) but I know that this is happening and I am succeeding!

    Just wondering if you feel hungry a lot?
    I'm trying to stick to 1300 calories a day using MFP but finding I'm getting hungry & worried I'm not eating enough which my slow my weight loss.
    Are you working out as well?

    Eating 1300 calories a day won't slow down your weight loss.

    If you want more, exercise more.
