Breaking Walls

Thought I would never get beyond 100 lbs lost. Plantar fasciitis + lower back disc pain + asthma. Been limping home from the gym lately. Switched to strictly water jogging to recoup. Found out WJ burns 20cal per minute at my weight. That's more than I burn on the treadmill. I was stuck at 344 for a week. (Down from 447). Finally got down to 342!!

    excellent! water resistance exercise is amazing for building cardiovascular strength and capacity. glad you found something that works for you!
