    Hi all!
    This is my downfall - I do really well during the day, evening then night comes and everything is out the window. :s
    I would love to be a part of this if it is OK.
    I keep a spreadsheet for myself so I can go back to June 1.

    Probably ate my calorie quota just in guacamole, chips and salsa. Dinner was excellent (Chile Verde, rice and beans and corn tortillas-- enjoyed it thoroughly with only a little guilt. Overeating doesn't happen often enough to matter and tomorrow it's back to logging food and exercise again. I'm looking forward to exercising this week to burn off the extra calories from tonight's celebratory dinner plus I know that I need to watch the intake this week. It's important to beat the LNS this week so look for my streak to begin tomorrow.
