Almost I feeling starving but when I thinking about what I will eating I losing my appetite , and the feeling of starvation are still torture me , without appetite to eat any thing . I need help thank you

The psychological part of food/diet/weight loss is so much harder than the physical part. Have you been on plan long? When I was starting, I was obsessed with food and what I was or wasn't eating and it was hard to get into a groove. Make sure you eat enough, even when you don't feel like it. You don't want to screw up your metabolism, especially given that most of us have awful metabolisms to start with!
Once you have a routine you won't spend as much time thinking/dreaming about eating.0 -
weight loss should not include "starving" feelings...
What is your weight loss goal set at? how many calories are you consuming a day? how many grams of protein? how much fibre?
