my Fitbit flex died yesterday after having it less than 10 months.

    Contact Fitbit customer service. They'll probably replace it.

    I second the post above. Fitbit does have very good customer service and since your Flex is less than a year old they should replace it for you.

    The fact they'll replace it does not eliminate the fact that so many devices need replacing.
