Chicken Curry as requested
As requested here is my chicken curry recipe.
I don't measure because it's down to your personal taste eg I use chicken breast because I'm not a big fan of the other bits.
I use cumin seeds, fennel seeds, Garam Marsala, turmeric and chilli powder, chicken (depends on how many people you are cooking for on how much you use) 1 onion chopped, two garlic cloves minced, chilli peppers again depending on taste, peppers and spinach, curry paste and water.
Sweat the onions in some oil (I use about 2 tbsp of olive oil) and then add the spices, stir then add garlic, chilli's and peppers, cook for about 5 mins. Add the chicken and cook till completely cooked, add the paste and water and simmer, add spinach about 5 mins before serving.
I taste before serving and if it's a bit to spicy I add some natural yoghurt (after it has cooled a bit Obv)
Hope you like it, this recipe works for fish, beef, lamb, chicken or just vegetable
