I've lost 56lbs (pic heavy!!!)

All i did was watch what i ate and did P90X lean schedule for the full 90 days then I just finished Insanity max 30 which was a 60 day program... I mostly modify and still got awesome results so you can do it too. You just gotta set your mind to it and remember nutrition is 80% of the journey. i haven't been perfect but I am super pleased with my progress I still wanna lose another 44lbs and I'm about to start P90X3 lean schedule so I will update again in 90 days!

Weight: 243 -- 187.................-56 lbs
Neck: 15.5 -- 13.75..................-1.75 in
Chest: 49 -- 44.......................-5 in
Upper Waist: 44 -- 34.5.........-9.5 in
Waist: 47 -- 38....................-9 in
Lower Waist: 48 -- 39.5..........-8.5 in
Hips: 51 -- 43.5.........................-7.5 in
R. Arm: 16 -- 13.5..................-2.5 in
L. Arm: 16 -- 13.5...................... -2.5 in
R. Thigh: 30 -- 25.5...................-4.5 in
L. Thigh: 30 -- 25.5....................-4.5 in

So a total of..............................55.25 in lost and 56 whole lbs!

    I always see people be like what happens to the letter belly will it sink etc... I know I have searched so I want to be up front I know it won't all go away my belly will forever be not perfect but that's OK I have a wonderful soon and a hopefully 100 lb final weight loss to focus on when down about my belly
