tired of hating my body

Hi, my name is Ali. I'm 23 years old. I've spent the last five years out of high school gaining weight. Since 2009 I've gained 100 lbs. I binge eat and don't exercise outside of my job as a server. I feel so ashamed of my body and my fat. I feel unwanted because of my extra weight. My blood pressure has been high for a 23 year old. Frankly I'm tired of being tired. I'm hoping to make baby steps by changing my dietary habits and begin exercising. Thank you for all your support. I can't wait to begin using this app on a regular basis and seeing some progress.

Hey! My names Megan, I'm 21 and around 70lbs over weight.. Just over 2 weeks ago I started this app and it has really helped me to eat in moderation and stop over eating, I already exercise pretty much daily but my eating habits were pretty bad and I already lost 1.6 pounds so far, next way in is coming up soon! But if you ever need any tips or motivation, message me and I'll be glad to help.. I know how hard it can be to start out. Stay positive and good luck on your weight loss journey0

I've been at it for a month and I find the diaries and exercise logs really help with knowing what you need to eat and do to keep on track. I've got 50 pounds to lose and it's not an easy journey. Feel free to add me if you'd like
