Okay, so I have decided that for ever 10 pounds I lose I am treating myself to something....NOT FOOD!!!! but things that are not too expensive....for major mini goals I might get a pedi/mani....but I want to reward myself frequently with small things so I can work for small minor goals....what do you reward yourself with?!

Transfer $5 into a savings account for each mini goal than at the end of the month (or few months), spend the money you saved.

I have mine set for a new pair of pants at 20lbs or a new pair of shoes at 10lbs, and then I chose three major mini goals (30, 60, 90 lbs) and have bigger items for them such as a mani/pedi, hair cut and colored, 1 hour massage, new wardrobe. Good luck!! The rewards are the best part, lol. :)

I also like to do super mini rewards for myself. If I ate really good and exercised I will "treat" myself to a hot bubble bath and a gossip magazine. :-)

I asked that same question a few days ago, and I did get a few ideas. One of my friends suggested getting a Pandora bracelet, and getting a new bead or charm every # number of pounds lost - interesting, but could get expensive. I've set a schedule for myself with rewards of flowers (from grocery), a Starbucks skinny vanilla latte (YUM! just 130 calories), and non-monetary rewards like getting back into a favorite pair of pants or cleaning out my closet. I imagine it will be fun to clean out my closet and find lots of things too big to wear!
