How much could I lose in 2 months?

I'm going on holiday at the very end of August, how much could I lose? I'm not fat at the moment im 61kg and 5ft6 female, but my body is really not in proportion and my tummy and hips are quite big so they're my conscious areas.
How much could I lose and what would you recommend doing? If I go to the gym I mainly do cardio and always (apart from the last 2 days) eat below my calories recommended on here.
