Hi, I am about 6 weeks into using MFP as a tool for fitness and weightloss. It is really good.

Breaking habits is hard, but I think given only 2 wobbles, I am doing well. What keeps me on track is researching recipes and enjoying retraining my palate to enjoy a more natural flavour to foods.

I love cooking and I definitely love eating. So if you have any low carb recipes to share, let me know.

    Try Recipes.com and Allrecipes.com and Simplyrecipes.com
They all have tons of recipes, including complete nutritional information and instructions, often with tutorials.

The recipes I find online are either (a) high in calories or (b) serving sizes are very small (even the so called low-cal ones). I posted a couple of my own low-cal adaptations in the MFP "Recipe" section. Although I didn't have carbs in mind when preparing, the calories are VERY low (and often carbs/cals go hand-in-hand). You may wish to check them out:

Should note that the recipes "are" a little labor-intensive ;-)
