Anyone know any good exercises to help strengthen the muscle around a torn LCL without prolonging the healing process?
The injury occurred 5 months ago. I can do austral everything normally so it is healing well, I just can't kneel in it and it seems to be unhappy with any sort if running it jumping
Thanks for any help you can give me!

Had an appt w/ the doc two weeks ago to review an MRI. There were some chronic issues w/ the LCL, PCL. I've been instructed to go to PT but have not yet scheduled it. I did some searching as to what at home exercises may help, and wound up finding a lot of suggestions of knee extensions (w/ resistance bands), hamstring curls (again, w/ bands), calf raises, lunges. Naturally, after my PT appointments I will have better answers, but wanted to share what my cursory internet searches have yielded.
What did you do to injur it?0
