    I've lost 55 pounds! It took me a while, I went slow and made small changes one at a time. It's a lifestyle change, and since it's impossible (for me anyway) to change everything all at once, I found that the one at a time approach worked for me.
    I've recently gained a few pounds back, and since I still have 15 to go for my ultimate goal weight, I'd say we're in the same boat! I'll cheer you on, and I'd love some support as well! You got this! One meal, one snack, one day at a time. :)
