Hi everyone. My name is Karla Paine. I'm going to be 60 yrs old in Sept. Ive been a yo yo my whole life. Really tired of dieting, when does it stop.
I got on the scale this a.m., and i weigh 213#, 5'9". I know what being overweight can cause, because ive worked in a hospital my whole life. Back, knee, hip, breathing,
Diabetes, blood pressure problems.... And excuses. Ive been down to 155 & as high as 216. I do not want these problems. Im tired of relapses.
Going to dump the sugar in my frig....and in my cabinets. Sugar makes me feel tired, depressed. Short term high, long term problems.

    I'm a bit younger than you are but I have a very similar story with similar build. I'm 5'9, now 209 lbs (down from 221). I've also been a yo-yo-er but I'm determined to lose this weight again and keep it off this time. I'll add you and we can work together to encourage each other along this journey!
