Alright after a week of bad weather and bad food, and less sleep, time for a good running week. So Who is With Me?!:smile: I did get 5 miles in this morning and an hour of strength training/cardio so feeling pretty good this morning. Lets all have a healthy happy week....................:happy:

    No running for me today. I did a cardio class this morning and will do a weight training class tonight. I am running tomorrow though.

    Im with you! Its been almost 2 weeks since my last run! But I went this morning! Wasnt too cold for once! I ran 1km straight! Was only aiming for 0.5km haha I feel like such a wuss compared to you ppl! :tongue: I would walk for about 1min then run for about 2-3. But the end I stopped because I felt like i had to vomit! I almost did too! My brother thinks maybe I pushed myself a little too hard after 2 weeks of no exercise and A LOT and I mean A LOT of junk food!

    Ran 4 miles today, did sprints (on the flat parts) & hills ugh! I'm going swimming this afternoon after work!

    Anyway, 5 miles today! The weather is great here today...56 and SUNNY!!!

  • 2 weeks of no exercise and A LOT and I mean A LOT of junk food!

    Me too! I am training for a 5K in April and I WAS on week 3 of my training but I am back to square one after two weeks off for the holidays! Ugh :grumble:

    No run today. Did ChaLean Burn Circuit #1 and then some kettlebell stuff.

    Running tomorrow though! :laugh:
