food = fat! how can i stop thinking like this?

just wondering if anyone else is finding it hard to break this way of thinking? I eat 800-just over 1000 calf
S a day and I know everyone days its not enough but I feel awful eating more. Am I the only one?

    Samesies! I have a really hard time breaking 600 most days which sounds shocking but I'm eating a lot. I'm curious to see what others have to say.

    Eat food that isn't empty calories. Things that are nutritious and full of vitamins/protein etc. Eating things that are healthy should help you consider it more of a fuel for your everyday body's needs and not as food = fat.
