This was what my kids went through this past week with me - After Episode 14 when it ended they asked if we could watch Season 2. I said that's it - Fox stopped it and said they didn't think enough people would like it. Then the kids ranted and griped for about 5 minutes asking why i made them start if there was not going to be anymore. Then, after they settled down they asked me: "Can we watch it again?"
Yep, mission accomplished. oh.. and now they keep quoting things from the series.
