Hi! I just wanted to finally post and share my success using MyFitnessPal. I've been using it for about two years - I achieved my weight loss goal in a little over a year and I've been maintaining my weight for over a year now using the ap.

I still keep my cheat days on the weekend usually - though I don't go overboard (usually a cheat meal) and thus I keep my calorie tracking to the half pound a week goal, which usually resets me in time for a cheat day.

Overally, I've been seriously impressed. Being able to look at food and effectively use math to maintain my weight has been wonderful. I've gone from a size 18 to a size 4 to 6.

    I'm 5'3", My starting weight was 191lbs and my current weight is 117 :)

    Thanks for posting. I could post a success story now, but I don't want to do that until I have lost and maintained, just like you. I have to wait about a year and a half before I know how serious I am. You are obviously serious about this. You look beautiful.
