P90X/ Turbo Fire Hybrid

Hi all,I am on my last month of P90x and i was thinking of doing a P90x Turbo Fire Hybrid..can some plz explain to me how do i set up a routine for this Hybrid.Never done any Hybrids b4 and I am lost on how to go about it ty u in advanced

    I'm currently finishing up round 4 of P90X myself! Congrats to you! :bigsmile:

    I had done a hybrid of P90X/Turbo Fire myself and basically what I did was for every P90X cardio day, I would sub in a TF routine and I would do a HIIT every other day. Does that make sense?

    So, it would kind of look like this:

    Mon: Chest & Back/ARX
    Tue: TF 45 or 60 or any of the fire workouts, but I tried to do something that was at least 45 min worth
    Wed: Back & Biceps/ARX
    Thur: HIIT 30/Stretch 10 or if you have time, include stretch 40
    Fri: Legs & Back/ARX
    Sat: TF fire workout

    I would just replace your P90X cardio with the longer TF routines.

    Tonight is supposed to be Plyo for me but I am feeling dancy so I will do Fire 45 or 55 EZ instead.

    I posted a 10 week shedule of the hybrid it works great and u use all the TF workouts!!!! I can send it to you if you post your email it is on mfp in the fitness tpocs not sure what's the easiest way to post it again! I will try andput it up here after work:)
