About a year ago I used to be much more overweight. Before this, I used to be a dancer but wasn't able to anymore. I decided to make a change in my life. I lost over 40 pounds and was able to dance again. In doing so, I was able to get a job as a dancer teacher and I now teach a dance class to adults with special needs. My group and I made a music video with them this past week to a song called "I'm Not Broken" by Desiah. If I hadn't made that life change, this would not have been possible. I thought I would share it with the fitnesspal community

Nice (can't watch the video, but get your point).
One of the most impressive IMAX movies I saw was "To The Limit", which featured ballet dancing. I knew it required strength, but nothing to this extent. Fantastic film if you have a chance to catch it.0 -
