Ok I've done a routine set out by my PT for a month now.. And I'm sorry but I hate it and struggle the entire way through! Is it necessary for fat loss or just it just enhance it? I've been going to the gym for years and mostly hate it lol depending on my energy levels. Id rather do cardio if I'm honest or a good weight lifting plan but have no idea what I'm doing with weights

Any feedback would be appreciated :)

If you don't like doing what your PT sets, ask for a different workout. You're paying him/her to help you achieve your goals - they should have more than one method in their repertoire! Also, if you don't know what you're doing in a routine, again, ask your PT.

Good luck with achieving your goals!

Calorie Deficit for Weight loss / Exercise for fitness and looks!! You don't NEED to do any exercise to lose fat you just need to eat at an appropriate deficit. Exercise will help you look better and weight training will help you retain muscle whilst you are losing fat but no you DON'T have to do HIIT to lose fat. Finding workouts you enjoy!!
