I have lost 20 lbs but know no matter what I do now I find my weight the same or have a gain of up to a pound. This is so frustrating and I'm ready to scream!!! I eat very healthy and always come in under my goal. My job is very sedentary but I try to power walk for an hour every day. Any motivation or ideas would be sooo appreciated! :)

Have you tried strength training? Building lean muscle helps you drop pounds. Add three sets (20 per set, or work up to 20 per set) each of squats and walking lounges to your daily power walk, as well as three sets of planks (30 seconds each, or work up to 30 sec) and I bet you'll see a change if you're consistent! Strength training changed my whole body in a way cardio alone never did. I takes time to see results, so stick with it for 12 weeks.

I've fallen off the strength training in the past few months and I've gained almost 5 pounds as well as lost the nice tone in my arms and butt, but I'm gonna get it back!!

We need more information. What are your stats? How long have you been losing weight? How long has your weight been stuck? How do you determine how much you're eating (opening your diary will help us in this case)? How are you determining your calories burned from walking, and how much, if any, of those do you eat back?

How long has your weight been staying the same? Have you adjusted your calories down after you've lost weight?

Not enough information is provided, but start by reevaluating your logging.
