Lauraann - No - All of what I've done up to now is just concentrating on losing weight - I haven't had to worry about excess skin.
I'm starting a more vigorous workout routine, however, looking at putting on a bit of muscle, but I haven't done any of that beyond just basic walks around the neighborhood and occasionally swimming in the after image above
Tayortoeknee - glad that the advice was helpful! That's helped me stress less about maintaining my weight - and keep me on track, but still able to enjoy a good cheat meal that I don't record once a week so I don't feel like I'm not able to eat the things i like.0 -

AWESOME! You look beautiful and amazing. Can you share what things helped you the most? What were your biggest challenges and what were the things that helped you stay on track the best?0

Thanks, ljopurcell! Hmmm, what helped me the most was mostly getting down to a routine - making myself weigh myself every morning, even if it was after a cheat day to see how my body reacted to various things I had that day. Sometimes, there'd be a meal I guestimated calories on and found that regardless, if I went there I would gain weight. Or cheat meals that I enjoyed that didn't set me back that far.
And I'm good with routine - I would find a breakfast I liked that was low on calories and do that most days, I'd do my big meal for lunch, and a light dinner.0
