Gained some weight back....

I've successfully lost a lot of weight (more than a stone) previously and during my final year at University, completely fell apart and stopped my healthy eating and exercise habit and have gained a stone...

I've taken the first step a few times (signing on here, tracking foods, don't snack for a day, maybe a little exercise) but my main problem is I'm finding it incredibly difficult to even think it's possible to get back to a healthy weight and actually develop habits to maintain it. I'm constantly discouraged by own mind...

    If you want it, you can do it. I gained a stone after losing 4st so I rejoined here and Iv lost 1st 2lb in month.
    It can be done you just got to want it, push negative thoughts aside and crack on.

    I was in the same place - went back to school for two years and most of the 20 pounds I lost came back as I abandoned my good habits under the stress. Good news is I am back at it with a total of 15 pounds down and am confident the other five will follow. If you go back to what worked, you will have success again. You can do it!

    Thanks guys, I had a little success today that 1lb dropped off overnight from lowering my calories and exercise, even though it's likely to be water weight I'm going to stick to it regardless. Feel disappointed in myself for letting myself slip so badly
