So? Just adjust what else you eat and/or do some exercise so it fits in your calories for the day

McD isn't terrible if you are maintaining your calorie/ macro goals. I eat it every now and then. If I know I'm going, I take a look at how many calories I have left and then take a look at the menu beforehand. I really like the crispy chicken wraps.

I had McChicken sandwich & have only gone slightly over my calories with no exercise so room for improvement

On day 200, you'll look back and remember nothing about day 2. Besides... I love McDonald's.

Not seeing the issue myself, don't worry about it!

Just dust yourself off and try again. It's ok to fall down multiple times, it's knowing to pick yourself up and go again that shows resilience and motivation. It is so easy to keep falling and keep eating the bad foods, but harder to change what has been a behaviour for a long time.

I was at a point in my life about a year ago when I was eating chips/crisps every day. Oh and not just one serve, an entire bag. I have changed this behaviour to eating a bag once a week (still not ideal, but a massive improvement for me as I could eat just chips for the rest of my life).

You can do it, just go slowly slowly. Take each day as it comes whilst still planning your weekly mealtimes. It's ok to treat once in a while (or even once a week if you're needing that) and it's ok to make McDonald's that treat.

Rotten Ronnie's isn't all bad if you get the right thing(s). Let it go.
