New to My Fitness Pal

I am new to my fitness pal, woke and made the choice to change my life. if you guys have any tips or anything that could help that would be great. I am also taking Alli if you have any tips for that as well that would be awesome!

    Log on every day and be honest. Eat as close to natural as you can. Cook your own food to control what goes in it. If you don't cook get a cookbook. Skinny Girl or something like that. Or look online for healthy recipes. Enter food before you eat it. I play around with different things to see what I can change to make it better for me and my goals. You can do it, it just takes a little effort.

    make smaller substitutions of things you love

    small bit o chocolate, not a whole chocolate bar
    baked chips (lays work)

    Gina's Skinny Recipes -- i love the chicken bites, vegetarian options, and desserts on the lighter side.

    keep a workout schedule, drink plenty of water, be honest, and know its ok to have an off eating day.

    take you time, do it right!
