getting started

Hey everyone, im new to this. The food part is okay, but I cant seem to get motivated enough to exercise.. used to run everyday before, can't get into the right frame of mind to get back to it :(

    That sounds a lot like me I either do good with my food and journaling and don't excersize or excersize and eat everything in the house so lately i haven't been excersizing much. I am not into running ever bad knees and all.

    It's such a nuisance.. do ye guys find that it's easier to lose weight when ye track your day on this app??
